Return & Exchange Policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our business we DO NOT Return any product, because once the item has been personalized there is no way for us to undo it.

Please open all boxes immediately and check its contents. We must be notified of any damage(s) or other problems within 2 days of you receiving your products. In order to serve you better, we request that you also inspect all of your products for defects within 2 days of receiving them.

We do the exchange for the same item if one of the following conditions are met:

You received a broken item?
We are very sorry this happened. We will replace it right away if you write to us including your order number at customerservice@thevarietee.com. Tell us which ornament(s) is to be replaced by giving us the ornament number, which is either one or two letters followed by some numbers. We would also like to know where it was broken, so we learn from our mistakes. When we ship your replacement, we will send you an email. This will be done within 5 days of receiving your email. If we have questions, we will be in touch with you via email. VARIETEE.COM INC is responsible for the shipment cost.

We (VARIETEE.COM INC) misspelled your name?
Please send an e-mail to customerservice@thevarietee.com with your order number and what was incorrectly personalized. We will send out a new ornament within five (5) business days of receiving your e-mail. VARIETEE.COM INC. is responsible for the shipment cost.

Wrong item shipped?
We are sorry this happened. Please e-mail customerservice@thevarietee.com with your order number. We will ship out a new order right away. It would help us tremendously if you could tell us the order number of the order you received. To do this, please take the label off the box and you will see a set of numbers. Send this along to us and we'll try to find its owner. In advance, thank you for your help and please accept our apologies! Your replacement order will be sent right away. VARIETEE.COM INC. is responsible for the shipment cost.

Defective Merchandise?
Merchandise considered defective must be authorized by VARIETEE.COM INC (customer service). All defective returns must be prepaid in order to be accepted by VARIETEE.COM INC. VARIETEE.COM INC. in its sole discretion, will determine whether the returned defective products are in fact defective. VARIETEE.COM INC. is not responsible for any products deemed mistreated. All merchandise deemed not defective, Purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs back to them.

NOTE:
If any of the above mentioned conditions are met, please DO NOT send any merchandise back to us without contacting us and getting a Return Authorization (RA) number. You need to get RA first before anything. To get RA number please contact Customer service at 403-826-7747 or through eMail: customerservice@thevarietee.com. Please put RA request and your order# in the subject line for any email communication.

CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order it has to be done within 3 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been sent to our personalized department, we have no control over it.

AUTHORIZED RETURNS
All authorized returns must have a RA number and Shipping charges will not be refunded.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
All unauthorized returns (without RA number) are not our responsibility. We will ship it back to the customer on their own expense.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY
