SHIPPING INFORMATION

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders above $100/- within North America.

SHIPPING METHOD
Varietee.Com ships all the orders selected by our customer from one of the followings:
- Canada Post
- Purolator
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL

Should we not be able to ship your order within five (5) business days, we will make every effort to advise you of our estimated shipping date. If at any time you are not satisfied with our shipping schedule, you may cancel your order as long as it has not entered in our personalizing department i.e: within 3 hours of placing the order If you want to communicate with us about your order, please contact us through one of the following methods:

Which ever method you use to communicate with us, please be sure to include your order number. Your order number appears at the top of the confirmation email we automatically send you (a few minutes after you order). Without it, we will have difficulty locating your order. Its a good practice to include your First & Last name along with your Ph# as well.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates varies from city to city. Our "Live" automatic shipping calculator will estimate the shipping cost for you once you are ready to place your order. We have no control over any shipping rates, these shipping rates are already discounted from our shipping provider. Please select your shipping method according to your needs.

TIME TO PROCESS
Time to process your order is the estimated number of business days from your order date to the shipping of your ornaments and other items. In most cases, we will ship your order(s) from our warehouse within five (5) business days. Please take account of the following circumstances where this process may be delayed:

a) If we need to verify your credit card information, shipment of merchandise will be delayed until verification is complete.
b) If your shipping address is different from your billing address, this may cause additional delays and verification needs.
c) Merchandise does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

TIME IN TRANSIT
Time in transit is the estimated number of business days from shipment of your order to your receipt of it. Please note that service is from time of product shipment (there may be processing or weekend days in between). Please consider that our office is in Calgary, Alberta CANADA. If your order is shipped by Priority Mail, the Post Office tells us it should arrive in 2-3 business days.
